RIPPLE not only has the practical experience to fulfil this need, we have extensive experience in adult education and understand the elements that make up a successful welding training program. Whether it is basic arc welding or advanced welding inspection, we can provide the necessary welding training to meet your organisation’s needs.

The use of exotic materials is becoming more prevalent in all industries and the welding of these exotics can be challenging. RIPPLE understands what it takes to weld exotic materials and we can deliver welding training programs to our Customers from Engineer level to the shop floor personnel. We transfer the required knowledge where it is needed most.

We only use appropriately qualified and experienced personnel to conduct training and skills development at Customers facilities.

RIPPLE instructors have a Certification from American Welding Society (AWS) which is nationally and internationally recognised for supervision and inspection qualifications, ensuring a successful combination of technical knowledge and how to deliver it.

These attributes compliment the twenty plus years’ experience in the fabrication and welding of pressure equipment and steel structures to in accordance with American & British standards, using a variety of materials including exotics such as Super-Austenitic, Super-Duplex stainless steel and copper nickels.
